1. Raw material composite: now has fully automatic multifunctional diving material laminating machine, fully automatic type splitter machine. The main materials composite diving suit SBR,SCR,CR neoprene, different thickness and color, different types of cloth (such as: T cloth, N Meijia cloth, super elastic cloth, E-Span, milk silk, short hair mercerizing cloth, long hair mercerizing cloth, OK cloth, imitation OK cloth, Lycra cloth, VISA cloth, Jiji cloth, terry cloth, all kinds of elastic cloth) according to your needs.

2. Printing: We have our own printing department. Master printer on a variety of different fabrics and ink performance quite understand, can print let you satisfied with the product.

3. Cutting: We have three automatic cutting machines. There are two imported shears (with 2 10M shears). Our main cutting technician has been working in this field for 10 years. Years of experience accumulation, for our work quality and efficiency laid the foundation.

Description of the main equipment, machinery and sewing of the production line:

Ordinary eight stitch sewing: four needles,6 thread. It is used for the sponge sheet with the total thickness of 3MM or less (including 3MM), and the edge overlap of 3MM is firm, smooth and beautiful during sewing. Stitch spacing is usually 13-15 stitches per inch.

Eight stitch stitch with double cutter: this stitch is the same as the above ordinary eight stitch stitch but with double cutter. This special feature is used in Lycra. When we sew, the double cutter will cut off the uneven edges of the cutting pieces and then overlap the sewing. Can ensure that the joint is strong and beautiful.

Blind sewing: blind sewing is divided into single line and double line. Whether single or double wire, it is used to achieve its function. Glue well before sewing, and tighten the sewing with gas forceps. This kind of sewing only goes through part of the thickness of the sponge. It can not be worn by car. Otherwise, water will enter the body and affect the insulation function of the diving suit.

Four stitch stitch: four needles, six threads and elastic nylon straps. The sponge thickness is 5MM or less. This sewing sponge does not need to overlap, after the flat sewing. Four stitch belt and sponge one overtaking thread. The inside and outside are bound by a mesh of wire. This seam is quite strong. Widely used in parts of diving suit, rafting supplies, bottle sets, cup sets and sports protection, etc.

Hot melt machine: Hot melt belt after heating, hot at the joint of the product. Strengthen the fastness and waterproof function. The width of the hot melt belt shall not be wider than 20MM. It is widely used for the inner seam of fishing pants.

Zigzag stitch: widely used for edge wrapping, car reinforcing piece, edge folding. The special feature of this seam is good elasticity. Can withstand greater tension than other machines.
